We’re excited to be welcoming parkrun to Norfolk Food Hall, bringing a free weekly 5K to the Norfolk Showground every Saturday morning.

Parkrun is all about getting people moving and bringing communities together. You can walk, jog or run the 5K at your own pace, whether you’re a regular runner, trying your first 5K or simply looking for a great way to start the weekend. There’s no time limit and every event has a Tail Walker, so nobody finishes last.

Taking part is completely free. Simply register with parkrun once before your first event and bring your personal scannable barcode with you. Once registered, you can use the same parkrun profile at events around the world – there’s no need to sign up again each week.
