How it works

Our Gift Cards are simple to use, just present them at the till when shopping at our food hall or dining in our restaurant.

Please note that Gift Cards are valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Norfolk Food Hall Gift Cards can be used in-store to purchase any of our goods up to the available balance. They are not redeemable online and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Please keep your card safe, as it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorisation. Gift Cards do not expire and carry no additional fees, so you can enjoy spending them whenever you like.
