Just pop into the Food Hall and speak to a member of our team at the till. We’ll get your Loyalty Card ready in just a few minutes so you can start collecting points.

terms & conditions

Your Loyalty Card is for personal use only, and points are collected on qualifying purchases made in-store at Norfolk Food Hall. You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend, and every 100 points can be redeemed for £1 off future in-store purchases, this cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. Please note that unused cards or points for 12 months may be deactivated. If your card is ever lost or damaged, we’ll be happy to issue a replacement so you can continue enjoying your rewards.
