Is parking and bike storage available?

Yes! Parking is located just a few feet from Norfolk Food Hall with designated disabled bays, EV charging points and bike storage.

What are the facilities for children & babies?

We provide highchairs at our restaurant and children can enjoy their very own menu. You’ll also find a baby-changing unit in the café toilets. For added fun, we have an outdoor play area for children, conveniently located near outdoor picnic benches and the Garden Room seating area.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome in our food hall and the Garden Room within our restaurant. Please keep paws on the floor.

Is Norfolk Food Hall wheelchair-friendly?

Yes, wheelchairs are welcome in our food hall and restaurant. There is plenty of accessible parking near the entrance, as well as accessible toilets in the restaurant.

Do you have outdoor seating?

Yes, we do! Relax in our covered Garden Room, which is fully heated and perfect for enjoying a drink or a bite to eat all year round. Alternatively, you can take a seat at our picnic benches near the children’s play area. Our restaurant also offers plenty of comfortable indoor seating for you to enjoy.

Can I book a table?

Yes we accept bookings and we welcome walk-ins.
